Shipping

  • We currently offer a $14.95 flat rate shipping Australia wide under 5kgs (this excludes large bulky items).
  • We do not currently ship overseas.
  • We will label 'bulky item' in the product descriptions.
  • If you are located in a remote location, your order is bulky or the weight of your order is over 5kg's, we may contact you regarding additional shipping.
  • Free Australian standard postage over $200.
  • By purchasing, you agree to these terms & conditions at checkout.
  • Shipping time is dependent on the postage service however it generally takes 4-14 business days domestically (November/December shipping times may vary).
  • A parcel tracking number will be provided via email upon fulfilment of your order.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot control how the postage service handles your parcel, however we can control how we package your parcel for safe delivery. It is important to us that you receive your order in perfect condition.
  • Please lodge delivery complaints with Australia Post.

Please note: - If your parcel is returned to us due to changed address, and we were not informed of this changed address before sending, you will be required to pay additional shipping to resend your parcel.

Returns

  • We currently do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, so please be sure to choose carefully. 
  • If your item is faulty by the manufacturer, please contact us immediately with an image as proof and we will assess as necessary.
  • Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us if there are any issues so we can assess as necessary.
  • For any items that arrive broken, (please note we do our upmost to package the items as safely as possible - All items are checked thoroughly before shipped to you) please advise to us however all complaints regarding broken items are to be lodged directly with Australia Post.
  • Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns on gift cards or sale items.

Disclaimer: Please note actual product colour may vary from the images shown on our website. Every monitor or mobile display has a different capability to display colours, and every individual may see these colours differently. In addition, lighting conditions at the time the photo was taken can also affect an image's colour. The Christmas Shoppe cannot guarantee that the colour you see accurately portrays the true colour of the product.

Pre-Order T & C's

  • All pre-order products are treated separately to in-stock items. We recommend you order pre-order items in a separate transaction to in-store items.
  • If a customer has purchased both pre-order and in-stock items in one single transaction, we won’t post the order until all products have arrived in store and are available to post. We will notify you of your order status and when all products become available to post.
  • You will be advised of the estimated shipping time on the product listing. When you make a purchase, you agree to the pre-order terms and conditions, and no refund will be granted for change-of-mind or any circumstances.
  • No refunds on pre-order products. We will only allow a refund or exchange on pre-order items, if the order arrives damaged or faulty when received. Please contact us immediately upon receiving the product (arrival day).
  • Our estimated arrival date is ESTIMATED. Unfortunately, things out of our control such as manufacturing and shipping delays. We will contact you via email if this does occur to advise of a new ETA. Please also keep an eye out on our social media pages for product arrival updates.
